"I have had the worst experience working with this State Farm branch. All they want is your money. They lack follow through and communication. I have contacted them directly several times about various things with my plan. While they state they are taking care of my requests right away, and will email me when it is taken care of, I never get an email and have waited weeks for them to do what they originally told me they’d do. Avoid at all costs. Not worth your time or hassle."

Since you are not a policyholder assigned to my office, I am not able to determine who your actual State Farm agent is. "Shanice did a decent job trying to work out the situation but alas State Farm itself is the culprit. Be sure to have your banking info on file so when you do choose to move on to greener pastures they can transfer the funds immediately. A month later and they still find reasons not to get me my money. I can't wait to be done and have them in my rear view. Worst business practices ever!!!"

"My family is moving to Minnesota and I called around to figure out which office would be in my area and found this one. "To begin with, I was with a different insurance company before we chose State Farm and Simply was not happy with our rate and had another insurance for our home. After discussing with my wife we decided to look at other options to lower our rate. We came upon State Farm in St. Paul, Mn and called to get some information. After speaking with Tom buckholt, it was later known to us that he was not only our agent handling our call but he was the owner of this office. The amount of knowledge and patience Tom had with us was superb, not only did he answer all our questions but he didn’t make us feel pressured like other agencies. We sincerely felt like our interests were finally being met and laid everything out for us to understand. We ended up bundling our plans into one with Tom and after seeing our statements, everything that was explained to us was just as Tom mentioned to us. Best part of this experience is that Tom from time to time calls and checks up on us and makes sure we are still happy and genuinely cares. If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we most definitely would!"

"I recently switched my vehicle and home owners insurance over to State Farm with Tom. He called/texted/emailed all along the way and made it very easy and understandable. I have been with a combination of other insurance companies over the last few years and I won't be changing again. "I have been with State Farm for over 50 years and Tom is my third and recently new agent. I have had a fantastic experience with him thus far. He has returned my calls in a timely manner, has had the answers to my questions, is more keen on saving me money than selling me products and is simply a nice person. Of the three agents I've had I have been the most satisfied with Tom. His support staff is still a bit green, but are eager to learn the ropes and I appreciate their honesty when they tell me they don't know the answer and will consult with Tom. My wife and I were assigned to Tom when our long time agent stepped down and it was serendipity that that happened."
